Learning and Growing
Christian faith is about being in relationship with a living God, it is not static. In the Anglican Church we use the tools of scripture, tradition and reason to learn and grow. When we study scripture and reflect theologically we discover that words like ‘hospitality’, ’stranger’ & ‘neighbour’ have richer and deeper meanings than at first we suppose.
When we are confident in our own faith, being present as a minority is not threatening. When we can explain our faith to others we can engage with them in a respectful way and may be even learn from them.
